Revised Schedule: Order Pickup - 3:45-5:30 All volunteer schedules have been bumped one hour as well. The 7:30 a.m. crew should arrive at 8:30 a.m., etc. We need help! Pass Halleluiah Trail and enter the center at the second, less defined entrance off of Latigo Blvd. Watch for PPN signs. It is important to follow the directions provided by the PPN traffic management team to ensure that we do not interfere with other activities at the center. At the time of your greeting, please provide the name(s) of the member order(s) you will pick up. As you enter the building, please follow all parking directions, pulling your vehicle out of the traffic lane. Please turn off your engine immediately. A traffic management member will guide you out of the pick-up area and away from the horse stables. Again, please follow their directions

After 8.5 miles, turn right onto Meridian Road. After 3.9 miles turn left onto Latigo Blvd. Go 1.2 miles to the center, which will be on your left. Do not turn left onto Halleluiah Trail: please use the second, or furthest entrance. Watch for PPN signs.
Travel north on I-25 to Exit #135, Academy Blvd/Co-83. Merge with traffic and travel north about 4 miles. Turn right onto east Fountain Blvd/US-24. After 1.6 miles, turn left onto Powers Blvd. Travel 2 miles to the Platte Ave/Hwy 24 exit. Exit right and travel 10.2 miles on US 24 and then turn left onto East Woodman Road. Only .4 miles later turn right onto Meridian Road. Travel 5.1 miles and turn right onto Latigo Blvd. Go 1.2 miles to the center, which will be on your left. Do not turn onto Halleluiah Trail; please use the second, or furthest entrance. Watch for PPN signs.
If you prefer to remain on the interstate rather than make multiple road changes, take exit #149, Woodman Road off of I-25. Turn east onto Woodman Road. After 11.1 miles of eastward travel on Woodman, turn left (north) onto Meridian Road. Travel 5.1 miles and turn right onto Latigo Blvd. Go 1.2 miles to the center, which will be on your left. Please use the second, or furthest entrance. Watch for PPN signs.
The center contains multiple-use areas and private horse stable. In order to reduce traffic congestion or parking issues, please look for PPN parking signs. We will designate a parking area for PPN volunteers to the west of the building. This parking will be easier to find if you enter the center from the second, less defined entrance. We will have a PPN sign at that turn.
Your Walton Feed order will be ready for pickup on Saturday, May 3rd, between 3:00pm and 4:30pm.
Since the facility is rented for that day only, we cannot store unclaimed products.

Schmidt Apiaries - This is our provider for great local honey that is raw unfiltered and from alfalfa and wildflowers. Shipping - free.
Nutty Guys - Wonderful nuts, dried fruits, snack mixes, candy, and granola all at unbeatable prices. Shipping - .25 per pound.
Bob's Red Mill - A variety of beans, grains, whole grain cereals, gluten free products, etc. Packaged in small quantities that are great for experimenting with new foods. This vendor requires we buy in case packs. Fortunately, the cases usually hold four packages. However, there may need to be some adjustments when the order closes to fill the cases. Shipping - .50 per pound.
Glory Bee Foods - Spices and candy-making supplies. We've also added a variety of sweeteners, many of which are organic. Interested in soap making? We've got coconut oil and palm oil! Shipping - .68 per pound.
Mountain Rose Herbs - New this year! We're offering organic spices, food grade organic coconut oil, and a few herbal teas. Shipping - .68 per pound.
We've worked hard to find the best deals on great products, and I'm pleased to say you'll find more organics this year as well.
The order closes on October 3rd. Orders and payments must be received by then. We are planning the delivery for early November, but one of our best vendors is always full of surprises. So we'll keep you posted. The delivery will be in Falcon, and details will be sent closer to delivery day.

Please mark your calendars for the pickup on the morning of November 10th. However, be aware that it is not uncommon for us to need to change the delivery date.

Price List - 2007 Fall OrderIt's time to order Oregon berries! We are pleased to offer this very high quality frozen fruit from Bithell Farms.
Ordering is open to all PPN network members. We are happy to pass on to network members a $2.00 per item discount as compared to the retail cost on everything except the jam gift pack which is discounted $1.00.
The ordering and payment deadline is September 20th. Delivery is expected sometime during October, and info will be emailed to you as soon as we receive it. We usually get our delivery notice 4-5 days in advance. Our deliveries will be in Briargate once again.
Notes:
IQF = individually quick frozen. These fruits come in 14 lb boxes.
Freezer jam packs contain 12 - 16 oz tubs.
Purees are made by removing the seeds, leaving only the pulp and juice. They come in a 14 lb bucket.
By placing an order, you agree to take responsibility for meeting the delivery truck during the pick-up time or making other arrangements for your order to be picked up. Right now we do not know the day or time the delivery will arrive. As updated information becomes available, we will pass that information along to assist you in your planning.
The pickup for the Oregon berry order is as follows: Covenant Presbyterian Church 2845 Parliament Dr (corner of Parliament & Lexington) Friday, October 12 3:00 p.m. Please be on time as the driver only stays for a few minutes.

You may now order Oregon berries from Bithell Farms. Those who have purchased their products in the past know that this is very high quality fruit delivered in a freezer truck. Loaded with natural vitamins, enzymes, and fiber that are not destroyed by the process of cooking, these fruit products provide an important part of your daily diet.
Ordering is open to all PPN network members. Delivery is expected sometime between March 15th and 31st, and we typically get our delivery time with just a few days of notice. Most local schools will have spring break during this time. Before ordering, please make sure you will be able to pick up your order as we will not be able to store items for people. Our delivery will be in Briargate once again.
